Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity and the Controlla app, chefs and operators can interact with the blast chiller directly from their smartphone in a simple and intuitive way. The app allows users to start and monitor cycles, manage customised presets, and view or export HACCP reports, simplifying day-to-day machine management.

The main functions are always within easy reach, enabling operators to keep the unit status and all the information they need for their daily activities under constant control.

The digital ecosystem is completed by Applica, the app dedicated to service and configuration activities, and by RED Control, CAREL's IoT platform for remote monitoring of unit performance and operating status. Together, these tools are designed to improve efficiency, connectivity and service continuity throughout the entire lifecycle of the machine.
